Matt Niemitz, Founder & Principal

Matt Niemitz is a seasoned product and team leader with over 15 years of experience in creating innovative products for education, marketplaces, and communities.

Matt founded and led the Adobe Education Exchange, Adobe's first online community platform for learning and teaching Adobe applications. Under his leadership, the community grew to over 1 million members and generated 150,000 new Adobe software users annually. He also served as Sr. Director of Product at Skillshare, where he oversaw various product aspects and managed a team of product managers⁠.

Matt earned an Ed.M. in Education Technology from Harvard University and a Geology degree from the College of William and Mary. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and cooking, among other hobbies.
