The challenge: Clean Catalog was looking to grow their K12 business, but wasn’t sure how to effectively reach the market. How we helped: We conducted a comprehensive review of the K12 market for curriculum publishing, evaluated their existing GTM, and conducted interviews with K12 administrators. We synthesized these inputs into salient insights coupled with recommended actions and a prioritized implementation plan.

The challenge: Amend is often asked to consult on curriculum and training programs but needed to operationalize this service. How we helped: We developed a strategy and operational toolkit for curriculum and training consultations, including frameworks for interviewing stakeholders, reviewing curriculum, and observing trainings.
CreatorUp
The challenge: Creatorup was creating a network of educators to generate content for a new software product, but had limited success reaching, activating, and engaging this audience. How we helped: In less than a week, we conducted a comprehensive, data-driven analysis of their marketing and developed a strategy to optimize their channel mix and messaging. We prioritized their resources for the campaign, resulting in overachieving their goals.

The teacher/creator experience on Skillshare was spread across the site and hadn’t been updated in years. We audited the current experience, conducted research & brainstorming sessions with teachers, set the strategy for a Hub to centralize all teacher functionality, built a roadmap, and started executing.

Founded the first online marketplace for learning and teaching Adobe applications. Grew from 0 to 1M+ members, driving 150k new Adobe software users annually.
